City people are likely to look down on the importance of
physical exercise and get by using only physical knowledge . They importance of
experience is especially true of things as sports other critical arts . In the
activity the body runs the intelligence ! It reacts in micro seconds. The body has inbuilt knowledge of the movement. Before even you know, the body reacts to it . Both the sorts of knowledge , physical - by
the body, intellectual - within the mind , must be present for true understanding . The effort is
wasted, especially true when the person tries to intellectualize it. It's just verbal blabber if not doing it .
During physical exercise one gets in touch with mud , grass,
wind , the water , the mountains , surroundings . The spontaneous movement comes out. It could be any outdoor activity. No amount of amazing indoors has ever
relieved stress or rejuvenated as time
outdoors . The stress still
remains when enjoyed indoor’s . The relief the cool breeze, some mud on the hands, a game in place
surrounded by trees, warm sun or a
walk in the moonlit
sky in the night are soothing ,
calming . Guess we are more nature. The forest dwelling tribals who have
miniscule rates of heart attacks or bp’s , sugars. The more we go towards
urbanity the more , they become. They tribals haven’t heard much of these thing’s as
BP’s , sugars among them . Nature removes all such causes from
them and rejuvinates them.. Physical exercise connects the man to Nature .
