Swadharma is doing the right thing by an induvidual .
Dharma common for all - which keeps and sustains the whole world.
Swadharma is specific to You - what an induvidual is, what is his ability, nature, duty, his path for self actualisation.
If the world does not follow dharma it will be in chaos, unlawful , no security , selfishness the cause for decisions and Destruction of all .
If a man does not realise what he is , does not do what he should do, does not follow his path for self realisation , does not fulfill his life , He will not complete the purpose of his life . Then the final task of Mokhsa or enlightenment will not happen .
